The Town of Harwich seeks a qualified individual with customer service, program, event management

The Shellfish Instructor oversees municipal shellfish propagation at the Shellfish Lab (Harwich’s upweller). Responsibilities include shellfish propagation, facility and equipment maintenance, supervision of seasonal interns and volunteers, water quality monitoring, and other natural resources duties.

Seasonal part-time position available that includes all duties related to the Harbormaster Department.

Provides professional, administrative, technical and creative support developing and managing a comprehensive communication strategy ensuring that the town communicates effectively and transparently with residents, stakeholders, media, and the general public.

Responsible for providing excellent customer service by answering inquiries and enforcing Disposal Area rules.
