Responsible for providing excellent customer service by answering inquiries and enforcing Disposal Area rules. Operates the scale system to accurately weigh vehicles upon entry and exit, ensuring precise tracking of all materials. Maintains customer accounts, processes transactions, and keeps detailed, accurate records of all shipments. Collects payments from customers and performs daily cash reconciliation and deposit balancing. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, with the ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematical calculations. Strong communication skills are essential, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with supervisors, co-workers, and the public both in person and over the phone. A high level of attention to detail and proficiency with basic computer systems are required.
